If you look at the coasts of different countries around the world, you realise that they differ from country to country. However, the British coastline is very diverse in itself, if only because of its length. You can find everything from long beaches with fine sand or coarse pebbles to steep cliffs and imposing rock formations. In between, there are always small harbours and old seaside resorts with their promenades and piers. These man-made elements in particular are increasingly finding their way into my pictures, as they are ideal for long exposures. This second exhibition room contains pictures taken from 2024 onwards.
